To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Furthermore, the following item cannot be returned:

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can only be given for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, email us at email@example.com and send the item to: Heidelberger Str. 14-18, Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, 51065, Germany.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
